What would stock internals be worth?

Hi guys I am thinking of putting my stock internals up for sale i.e. the liners/sleeves, pistons, con rods and cams.

What do you think they would be worth?

they have around 50k miles of use and are in perfect order.

Please PM your thoughts cheers.

I think it would depend on why they were replaced in the first place and on the need of the buyer. I have seen a few things on ebay and they are all across the board in terms of price.

Did you replace just the internals then, and used all the old stuff (block, etc.)?

My guess is that there may not be a very large demand for used stock internals. Most owners rebuilding an engine would probably be looking for upgraded aftermarket components. A starting point for pricing might be to take a sizable discount from the Porsche dealer price of new parts.

The only reason i replaced the internals is because I upgraded to 3.8ltr. No other reason.

Well fortunately here in the Uk people don't generally tune their engines like they do in the states. So if someone pops their engine they would rather just fix it.

I know someone who has popped their engine and this is why I am trying to price the parts up correctly.
