Looks good in the pics. How did they make out with the dot matrix border? I hate how it looks around the edges on mine.

I have tinted My F350 & Q7's windshield with 50% and love it. Best $$ I ever spent. I'll be re-tinting my Turbo soon with 15% and 50% or 30% on the windshield.

Don't get too caught up with ceramic vs non ceramic. Makes no difference, had it on my F350, I removed the ceramic and went 3M 5% all around.

I was told a very dark tint makes for a hotter interior than a light tint due to the additional heat "stored" from the dark coloring. True?

Not to mention compromised visibility at night.

Hmm....interesting. I've never experienced that on a frequent basis. I did have some issues with that on my gtr however. I didn't have the windshield tinted but the sides and the rear were all 15%. Sometimes when parked for long periods of time the sunlight would hit the windshield and heat up the interior, the sides kept the heat in and made it a bit.....sauna like inside haha. But that was after sitting for a LONG time.

My Porsche has sides and rear done and haven't experienced any greater heating than I would expect
