Extended Warranty on a 911 TTS

My 2011 TTS will be out of Warranty in March and I wanted to start locating an extended warranty to cover repairs at the dealer or Indy.

Can someone steer me in the right direction and let me know if they have any personal experience with the companies they are recommending.

Thanks!

I went with Fidelity Platinum Extended Warranty. Coverage starts date you purchase warranty, pricing depends on model, year and mileage. I searched all over and found the best deal through Christine Takla at Circle Porsche, Long Beach, CA. Can be handled via fax, mail, etc. Her number is 562-597-3663 x 1030. Tell her the "Judge" says hello!

Thanks very much, if you would not mind either posting or PMing me the charge as I am clueless and will start speaking to dealers shortly locally and would love a target price. It will save me quite a bit of leg work.

I went for a 6 year/60,000 mile warranty and it cost around $2700. Be aware I purchased mine in December, 2010 before my warranty on my 2007 was going to expire in early 2011. Prices may have gone up since then but I would call around and shop it. Another extended warranty is Easy Care, but they seemed to be much more expensive. There is a huge markup on these warranties so you might have some negotiating to do...Make sure you get your extended warranty before the original expires because that will save you money.
