I have a feeling the next gt-r will be a hybrid as well as the new nsx (918 style) and it will then once again be ahead of the 911 and corvette until they recatch up.

Actually you'd be surprised. A lot of drama over in corvette world, the C7Z06 is suffering from poor tune/heat soak issues. Roll racing it even got beat by a C6Z06. A properly kitted C7Z06 is also over $100K. Not to mention they make them by the thousands so they have no rarity factor.
