how to upload a video??

how do you upload videos?? i've given up on the search on this sight! does anyone know how to do this? I have a "stall" around 5800 rpm in 1st gear that id like you all to take a look at.. thanks

You can upload to photobucket and then copy the urn or direct link and paste into your post. Use preview to make sure it works.
