997.2 TTS is infamous around these parts
I have them in my 1988 Cab and they look great...period correct. I'm not sure they would look as good in a newer 911?

OUCH! I agree. I looked at the photos, and I think you are correct that they would not look so good on the newer cars...But everyone has different taste
