997 Turbo In Manila
yes. it's dynoed only at the rear wheels. we don't have a good 4wd dyno here in manila so i don't have a choice
93 RON only? We have 95RON and we complain all the time, our cars never like fuel that bad ....
If you have a way to get methanol (VP or big industrial barrels) just get an aquamist hfs3, you will see a day and night difference ...
Best of luck ..

Our gas is rated around 93-95 but most tuners say it's around that only. Crappy gas right? I may try methanol but not sure. Maybe we will try to tune it more.
Sam, Nice chatting. Thanks for helping out. I'm worried i'll run out of methanol lol. Dangerous thing!! I will email you the data log too
Believe me, with bad fuel these cars suffer and lose too much performance, methanol is like magic for these cars, esp in lowering IAT's ..
You can always run a failsafe system like the aquamist, in your case running vtg on factory ecu you dont even need the failsafe, the ecu is safe enough ...

TT.BRN, you absolutely have to run the failsafe no matter what engine management you're running if 'tuned' for octane that meth injection provides. Its really easy and done the same way whether its the factory DME or standalone or an external boost controller you're running. Having said all that I'd never run a boosted motor without a proper meth/water injection kit on it. Far too many performance benefits to pass up.
