I do not believe in garbage fees, $1300 additional is usurious in my experience

Is the car a 6spd? From what I have seen cars are usually priced right at the normal market rate in Canada when you factor in exchange. Probably exceptions to that always if you find a great deal, but usually those are too good to be true.
