997.2 taillight facelift HELP!
Hello I am new to the forum.
I recently purchased a 997.1 2008 turbo. My friend gave me his 997.2 rear bumper and i just got the .2 taillights. The check taillight warning lights came on. The passanger taillight come on. The driver one goes on for 1 sec then off. The brake, signals and emergency lights work fine. Can someone help me. Do i need new controls modules, the fvd adapter, or resistors?

Option 1: you can buy the fvd control units that attaches to the rear tail light assembly to fix the issue since you have a 2008 vehicle.
Option 2: pin swap in the front connector with a newer front control unit (under front seat) swapped from the newer 09+ unit is the OEM method. I am not sure how to swap pins, my tech did it. Some else on here can help.
