What does this valve do? Its leaking ...

I boost tested the car from the intercoolers and right away it was leaking from this valve ... (pic attached).

I'm curious what it does and would appreciate if if anyone has the part number for it so i can get it replaced.

Thanks.

I plan on boost testing my car this way, my question is this....won’t the pressure just make its way through the engine and out the exhaust valves or is there a point where all the exhaust valves are closed if I keep turning the engine?
