But yeah I get ya... will start practicing with everything off and work up to speed.
I use to drive to the track so I can't drive there on Hoosiers. Plus if it rains it will be a waste of the day.

Do you find Trofeo R's much faster than a Cup 2 tire? Also do you find the 245/325 to be much better than 235/305? Just curious.

I've never tried Cup2 but if I had to guess I would bet trofeo is still stickier. The low treadwear rating tells me that. 325 just looks more mean. Plus has more grip. Since I'm running over -3 degrees of camber I want more tire on the pavement.

Sweet. I'll be trying the 245/325 on R888's next week. I've trying to minimize variables so I can feel the difference on every change.

Ive tracked with ceramics many times and you should always make sure to clear/clean the little holes in the rotors at the end of the day bc they fill up with debris like yours in the picture.. If left for more then a day they will harden/clog and the rotor will start heating to a higher temperature then it should, as those holes help with cooling. Definitely helps with longevity on ceramics for those of us tracking them.

As others have mentioned, just switch to steel rotors - it will pay off BIG in the long run.

The previous owner of the car left the PSM on ALL the time and it discolored the rear calipers horribly. He had almost no camber on the front and too much negative camber in the rear because he was sooooo scared of the car coming around on him.

I am at -2.7 up front and -1.7 in the rear and the car feels amazing.

I actually have a set of steel's ready with some aggressive Pagid pads. I'm going to try them soon.

This doesn't make any sense. 997 PCCB's are not suitable for track duty. It's insane to replace them if you know the replacement isn't up to the use you intend.
