Thanks! Love the Aero Kit on these turbo's. Just sold my 11 TTS with Aero Kit. Miss that look badly but I'm on the hunt for a rear Aero decklid for this car for the future.

Yes. My detailer said the poly or fiberglass while look a little different in terms of the match. It is an aftermarket GT3 style bumper cover and I assume fiberglass. There is no clear bra on the car right now but used to be up until recently. Good eye's though!

I think it's way less noticeable in person but yep may as well get that done also.

 

I stand corrected. Just found out it's a complete AWE 750R kit so no Miltek exhaust. Exhaust, headers, IC's are all AWE.

I was looking into doing that on my old turbo before I sold it.

 

I have not put race fuel in and played with race mode on this car yet. What I can say is I had a 996tt Proto 650 with catless exhaust and the previous owner and I used to do 60-130 pulls and to our great surprise the 750R kit vs the Proto 650 with both on race did not end up like most would imagine. In fact if memory serves me right the 750R pulled ever so slightly and we would have had to be going up to 160-170 before it might have had a full car length.

That said the Turbo S for a completely stock car when in sport or sport plus mode is extremely fast from a dig. I suspect that on a 60-130 pull the 750R would get the jump even with the lightening fast shifts of the pdk.

I miss the Turbo S for many reasons but this car certainly brings back that daily driving fun factor with 3 pedals and an exhaust note better than the stock TTS.
