moton CS noisey?

My canisters for rear are in the cabin and today I hear some weird crackling/ popping sound and turn off stereo to makes sure its not coming from the rear speakers and when I come to a stop it goes away.

I grab a hold of the canister and feel a vibration that seems to match with the loud noise and wonder what the heck that could be. It's the passenger rear.

Anyone know what this could be?

Thanks,

Tom

Check the gas pressure in the canisters, and cycle the adjuster a couple of times. They should be quiet, smooth. They have a floating piston in there, held by the gas pressure, if it is too low it may make some noises.
