Anyone knows where exactly the PDK Control Unit is located and how to remove it?

I am also looking for the same info. Did you manage to find it??

Yes. It's on the passenger side by the B-pillar, under the carpet. It could also be on the driver side, according to the parts diagram that I saw. On the other forum is a diagram of the PDK Unit location.
