That ES 650 package has seen great results so your car will be a beast. You will be lighting up the tires on launch and roll-ons anything in 1st and 2nd gear maybe even 3rd gear. It's time to think about traction now.

Funny it does seem that way. No other car at this power level (even at the same weight) can get the power to the ground as efficiently.

i just got a fresh set of Cup2 tires and DSC module.

I've ordered new wheels too. BBS FI

Crushing it! Best races were the 1st bike, the 997.1 and your friends GT-R. This package is just on another level. I still love that the car is on stock turbos. Now that you have both the 997.2 and the 991.1, would you say that the 997.2 is still the better all around weapon for dig and roll races? Also sending you a PM for E9X questions.

Thanks my friend. Yeah no matter new comes out, there is still nothing (mod for mod) that that can beat these PDK cars in a short half mile sprint.

With your power level, you are going to need something more than the Cup2 to get traction off the line. The Cup2 is a great track tire but it needs heat to work. And it's not great off the line. The R888 is the best. There are other tires that work well but I don't have any experience with them.

I think the 991 with its bigger fuel system is an improvement, but it's also a lot more expensive than the 997.2. Dollar for dollar the 997.2 PDK is best performance car on the planet. I'm doing up my 991 with upgraded turbos so it should have a lot more top end but I'm afraid it won't launch as well unless I upgrade the rear tires (r888's mostly likely).

We usually race from a roll over here in the region... cup2 did well on that and on the track too.

I'll give the R888 a shot next.


BTW, I've just watched your latest youtube video... that's unreal!!! was the 991 driver late like hell?

Not a dumb question. Because the 997.2 has such a small fuel system, my car doesn't make much power on the top end. It does however make a lot of torque in the mid range and so peak horsepower occurs very early in the powerband. So particularly in the upper gears I am shifting early.
