6 year maintenance

So I am picking up a 2011 997.2 Turbo S and I read that there is a 6 year or 60K mile maintenance for:

1. Replace drive belt
2. Change all-wheel drive controller oil
3. PDK transmission: Change clutch oil

Should I have dealer do this? The car only has 5500 miles and is strictly street weekend driven.

Even dealer is saying not necessary.

Cool car nice options!! Love the interior....
My 07 has 32k now and I've not replaced drive belt yet....look at it and if it's not cracked or glazed it's fine.... If dealer says not necessary I'd go with that.... as 5500 miles won't have really put any wear on the trans and diff oils... I always change my engine oil once a year regardless of miles driven.....
