pss10s installed on my 997.1 turbo riding stiff

i just installed the pss10 and at first the car was riding smooth..once the car settled it is a very harsh ride and the car seems like it go lower...if i bring it to the performance shop if the raise the car can they adjust the ride quality?

the whole point of pss10's is that ride "quality" is user adjustable.
dial them to 1 and see how the car rides.

PASM compatible B16 PSS10s are adjusted with the cars PASM brain and don't have *****.
