So, as I recall, the fog lights are not DRL. But in this case mine are? Porsche did the work so is it possible he just didn't do the PIWIS coding right or maybe a wiring thing?

Prior owner removed the left and right front turn signal controllers all together for the GT3 style bumper he put on the car. I had to buy new ones. I'm not sure that it bothers me entirely since the 997.2 turbo S's I had prior all had similar but with LED.

So if I leave it this way then my question is how do I go the LED look? Just a whiter bulb?
