Defroster Vent leather bubble

Can anyone advise how to remove the defroster Vent so the leather can be replaced? Or, have a referral in So Cal, Orange County of a shop that can remove and replace?

If you own a steamer, would try some steam to smooth is out and reactivate the glue below. You can always fix it if that does not work or makes it worse. Place a heavy book on it after your done.

I have had mine off, so there is a DIY here somewhere, or I used the MA Carbon site, which is down right now. Anyway, it's not difficult, and IIRC the A-pillar covers have to come off first. Good luck!
