Thanks guys. It’s been a long time coming. I’ve had 2 996 turbos that I thought I purchased, fall through on me a few years back. This definitely feels like redemption.

If you don't mind, what did you pay for your turbo? Please pm me if you don't want to share this info. I'm looking for a 997 turbo manual, preferably 30k miles and lower. Trying to get an idea of what people are paying.

And love the RX7 in your avatar!

Red is the best color for a turbo in my opinion.

I had an FD for 16 years and would still have it if an idiot hadn’t cut me off on the freeway and forced me into the median. Plan to pick another one up soon. Miss that car and I was the original owner.

I bought my first FD when I was 18 and have had it the last 15 years. Spend more money than I should have modding it. I bought a second one about 4 years ago that had a turbo v8 motor. Regrettably they don’t get driven... I really just want something I can get in and drive without any fuss. The 997 fits that bill, though, I’m trying to work through a few problems. Lol.

Just to throw another price out there for you... I bought my 997.1 Turbo about three weeks ago for ~$65.5k before taxes, fees, etc. Black/Black 6MT with 44k miles. Purchased on BAT. Excellent condition. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I think I saw a RX7 with low miles for sale here. Check out the classifieds section! Looks super clean!

Oh you got that one! Congrats! I saw that auction, and I was thinking whoever bought that got it at a fantastic price! Enjoy the drive!

By "fees" are you excluding the (somewhat significant) BAT fee?
