Need Input: Shift Times.

Approximately how long would you estimate a "quick" shift to take?

I have a program that will estimate 0-60 and quarter mile times... my inputs are torque curves, shift times, gear ratios, and weight. I'm trying to make it as accurate as possible and I was wondering if anyone can give me some input. At the moment I'm using 0.2 seconds per shift shift.

Any input is appreciated, Thank you

It takes me .3sec for 1-2 and 3-4 shifts and .4sec for 2-3 and 4-5 shifts. These are g-meter measured real times by an amateur and could be better.
