Actually not me but my dad did.
Last time, when my dad wanted to trade in his CL for a 997. After they confirmed the trade-in price, but they mentioned a different price when my dad brought his car in. (Everything was signed on paper)
Because of that, my dad was so angry with that and wanted to sue jebsen. After my dad sent a complaint letter to a senior management guy then everything settle. Jebsen pushed all the fault to the sales but without any further action!

Actually that's not my first time to know, Jebsen's service is not very good!
I remember one of the memeber from other board did have a similar experience.

Honestly the quality of HK salesman is very bad, especially mercedes and BMW.
