Built motor crankcase ventilation

If you have an off road and built 997.1 turbo motor what are you doing for crankcase ventilation? I have a 997.1 turbo built for 1,000 + hp, 996 GT3 intake, 93 + meth under boost, off road exhaust pushing 1.6 bar. I am looking for what has worked for others. Car is a part time track and open road driver. I appreciate your ideas and suggestions.

Nice setup that’s a serious build. For crankcase ventilation on high-boost Mezger motors, most guys ditch the OEM AOS and go with a custom catch can setup (like Rennline, IAG, or Radium) vented to atmosphere or recirc depending on emissions needs. At 1.6 bar, you’ll want -10AN or larger lines, baffled cans, and a proper drain-back to the sump. Some builders also run dual cans one per bank to keep pressure stable under sustained boost.Check out builds from SharkWerks or Evolution Motorsport for proven layouts. The key is keeping crankcase pressure under control without oiling the intake.
