However, the hideous wheels, the overly busy looking front bumper, with the light, right in the middle of the air duct just makes for a blah overall impression.
I have yet to see it in person and I reserve final judgement until I do.
On a side note, before actually seeing a CS or an F430 in the flesh, I never had any problems with photos of them.

PS thanks for posting that pic!

There was very little push-back on Cayman pics.....she photos pretty well.
Now....there's people pretty strident about the 997TT.......and I'm not sure which angle of this car we haven't already seen that, when revealed, will significantly change those opinions.
Not digging the bumper, fog lights treatment, including the floating turn signals. Might be better is person. Totally agree that 993TT is the hottest looking 911 ever, but interior is starting to look real outdated. Can't stop the march of time!
Newer is usually better when it comes to cars. Less wear, less deteriorating. A 96 is now 10 years old! Even if it aws in a garage, the rubber and gaskets are starting to harden.

At the end PORSCHE roles & it will grow on you gays ... just give it some time
"Not digging", yeah, you could say that, but I won't go as far as saying it's ugly.
It does look good, but in a very predictable way, and isn't really "wow". It doesn't look ugly that's for sure. Somewhat of a Lexus approach, a bit too neutral, borderline boring.

I remember when the TT and C4S came, they were jawdropping at the time, the new TT is plain
RT12 or the new GT2 front will make it look more agressive and some wheels will make it look great though.

I have a 2003tt Lapis Blue/light grey that I've had since new. Imho absolutley beautiful. Imho they gooned up the 997tt lookswise. The technical specs(including 480 hp/ 500+ torque overboost) are the way the 996tt should have come from the factory.(an Evo stage I, for roughly $3000 installed gives you 480hp/500 torque on the 996tt). The 997tt looks like a 996tt that has been modded by someone whose taste resides where the sun doesn't shine. Just the right touches so it doesn't work.Pathetic.
