The cars in SoCal w/15k markup are sitting on the floor for a week. Yes, some will pay that, the morons. I believe MSRP can be had by a serious buyer.

I've been offered three different launch cars, all at msrp. Don't be a sucker guys, the posers and prospectors are driving this over sticker BS.

I bought mine (it was a launch car) at MSRP two weeks ago, in the color I liked, the options I wanted (and a few more cosmetic options than I wanted, but happily accepted!).

I think all of this over MSRP business is for buyers who are not doing their homework. If they spent a little time calling around, cars are available at MSRP. Interestingly enough, the higher optioned, higher dollar cars, say with MSRP's of $140+ are going to be easier to locate...

Seriously. If the market were so hot that you had to pay 15K over, why would Fabryce even have to post his car for sale? Any why didn't it sell instantly. And I know its not about being Guards.

To add to your comment, he is probably in the most favorable demographic region in the world to sell a 997TT.

You wont pay over sticker here @ Beechmont Porsche! Why should you? We have been sold out for months, unless someone would happen to back out.

I guess you didn't say it enough times Darren. To all the dealers who are sold out, great, business is good. To those looking for a car, keep looking nationally b/c there are cars to be had. let's not create this pent up demand that doesn't really exist. Porsche will build alot. Porsche will improve them.
