Go with the terracotta...the 997TT is a special car and therefore should have a special interior. Black always looks good, but it's boring. You can replicate black on any car, but the terra you don't see too often. Don't worry about resale, you will always find a buyer when the time comes. When buying a car of this caliber, you shouldn't have to compromise anything including color.
