Thanks for the responses. To make matters worse, it was on the Indian reservation. I had no registration, no insurance and no way for me to prove the car was mine. After many calls on his radio and 45 minutes later, he took my word for it that the car did in fact belong to me and preceded to write me up. He was somewhat cool after that and gave me no tickets for lack of paperwork but did give me non-criminal speeding, which I can go to traffic school for. He then bent my ear for another 15 minutes asking about the car. Oh well, this wont be my last ticket in the car, I am pretty confident of that.

You may be able to outrun the bike, but you can't outrun Motorola. Not to be a pain, but why would you drive that car without some form of registration and insurance? Bad mojo...

105 in a 75= $ 375 and no jail time. But I was on the 10 at 4:00am with no traffic in Quartsite (middel of nowhere). I dont think I would have the same outcome on the 101.
