That is a nice Ferrari F50 you have @ Laguna Seca. That is a great car you are very fortunate.
Fabspeed Motorsports built 5 different exhaust systems for the 997 Twin Turbo. Plenty of R&D on our $150,000 car was completed. Many 24 hour days were spent.
A little background for everyone as inquiring minds want to know>
On the 997TT we utilized imported sports racing catalytic converters and MAXFLOW freeflow exhaust system. Fabspeed Motorsport used the same proven technology on the 996Twin Turbos that has proven to reduce exhaust backpressure by 60% as measured on the chassis DYNO.
Given that the cars are somewhat similra and given that TURBO charged cars dont want nor need backpressure and given that I have driven my car only 900miles and CAN easily FEEL the added power.........the car sounds great and pulls harder.......therefore the systems works great.
AS soon as I can get to 1500 miles I will DYNO everything @ Farnbacher Lolles and post the data. Given that I really like the car and want to break her in easy I wont dyno it until its broken in.
On the VIDEOS I never went over 4500 RPM and I will be making new Videos soon and I wont repeat things so much. I appreciate the emails and orders for our new 997Twin Turbo sport exhaust system and quad tips.
