It is almost impossible to avoid a scrap on the front spoiler lip. No matter how much I try to angle it off of a driveway apron, it can slightly touch. I have done fairly well so far, but still have touched it ever so slightly.

How difficult is the installation of a new one when it comes time to replace it?

If you need a OEM replacement spoiler, contact Bill Profeta at Auto Gallery, he has them in stock for $198 plus UPS Ground. You can reach Bill at (818) 884-4411.

If you get the painted rocker panels option (XAJ) do they paint the front bumper lip as well?

Not on my launch edition car, they didn't. Given how much it tends to scrape, I don't think you will want them to either.

front lip

Just spoke to Bill. They ran out of inventory and have to wait until next week before they take replenishment. Thanks for the referral.
