What camera do you use, and what shutter speed?

Incredible shots indeed. Have you thought about turning on the fog lights? I think that would be an awesome look.

These shots were with a Phase One P45 on a Mamiya 645 AFD body, 30 sec shutter speed, with a flash fired at the car from various angles to light it. The camera is overkill for the size shot being posted - any DSLR with a 20-30 sec shutter speed and a decent tripod would work.

Turning on the fog lamps is a good idea, except they'll be totally white in the shot because they're much brighter than anything else. However, a few bracketed exposures combined in HDR might just be the ticket... Hmmmm....

Those are great Full moon shots, I've got to try that with my D200
