997 TT test drive.

Does anyone know of a dealer in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1lace><st1:City>N</st1:City> <st1:State>CA</st1:State></st1lace> that would have a 997TT that could be driven?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I am considering getting rid of my DB9 and ordering a Porsche.

Thanks

outofmoney is infamous around these parts
John,

I have had the same problem. I was told to find someone that had already taken delivery and beg to drive it. Tough to spend that kind of money without even test driving isn't it.
Cheers.

That's exactly what I did. Found a member here who lived near me, sent him an e-mail and asked if I could meet up with him to check out the car. Worked out great.

Thanks. I live in the foothills close to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com</st1:State>, however I am in <st1:City><ST1Antioch</ST1</st1:City> every other week and could meet up with some kind soul if possible most anywhere.

Is there any one who would consider letting me drive their TT in exchange for driving my DB9? I would not want to drive it without the owner sitting next to me. I fully realize the personal favor I am asking and fully understand and respect any reluctance.

Thanks,
