Here are a few short videos of our EVO 997TT vs a 997TT with sport exhaust and headers. The only difference between the cars is the GIAC software as well as our EVO 997TT is running muffler bypass pipes w/ catalysts. The videos speak for themselves

Todd, on the last run when you said 3rd gear, there seemed to be a definate lag before the Giac tuned car took off, I was wondering what speed/RPM's you were pulling then....just curious....am I right was there a noticable lag?

We were doing a low rpm/speed 3rd gear start. The camera car may have had a slight jump on the start but there is no additional turbo lag with the software.

It's almost axiomatic that the car with the freer-flowing exhaust & cats will have less lag, regardless of software. I'm sure the EVO software doesn't make the car more laggy too.

i am confused.. did both cars have EVOMS exhausts/cats? or only the silver which also has the GIAC??


but nice comparo video, it looks the the black 997TT wasnt even racing!!!!!!!
