actually, it isn't wrong. even if you'll never take the car in snow, your hi performance summer tires become hard in the cold and give you significantly less traction than in the summer. winter rubber stays softer in the cold, increasing your traction.

It's illegal NOT to have plates in both BC and WA but so far, I've managed to get away with it in WA.

Eric, you tried but my gut got the better of me. I knew that the white stuff was about to come down. Funny enough, it started coming down here too!
