IMO with such a hot color, I'd go with brushed finish, polished lip, and if it had to be HRE... 542R in 20's.....definately LOWERED.

I looked into some of the other styles -- they're *much* heavier and, especially with 20's, going to hurt performance. I like the reflective look with the blue (itself a reflective color) and I'm focused on performance.
