Elevation and Air Temperature

I am realizing this winter how lucky I am to live in San Antonio.

Elevation 700ft.

Air Temperature Currently - 35F

This makes for some dense air for the Turbo engine to combust.

Are there cities out there that are better suited for combustion?

Felt the same the past two weeks when it was freezing in the morning. Now we're expecting 72 tomorrow (not too bad).

-35F? Now that's COLD! And I thought it was cold when I was in Aspen over last week. The coldest it got was -2F with a wind chill factor of -20F.

Minus 18 in Denver yesterday morning - new record.
