hate to say it to you guys but the 911 turbo or any 911 looks really dated and plain jane next to the R8.
i'd still pick the 997TT over the audi, but i mean gotta keep it honest here.
the Audi R8 will make necks break. for a long while. it'll be more rare too.

How can they get away just putting the plain jane $60k RS4 engine into a $120k 'super car'?
I supose those fans of the Audi TT will love the R8, to me it's handbag on wheels. Lots of fussy design but little substance. Instead of LED lights framing the engine bay, give me a V10!

Both are great cars, but I'd take the R8. I'm also an Audi guy though. Sure the numbers may not be where everyone would like them, but the car wasn't built to break records. It is an awesome car for the money though, and combines stunning looks and technology with good performance. The V10 will be very nice. Just wait
Folks-
Rumor has it that Porsche is developing a V10 version of a 911, based loosely on their mid-90s engine, used at the 24 hours of Daytona.
This is not the Panamerica. Problem may be with high center of gravity.

"Yet in daily traffic, the R tronic is less perfect, either taking a few beats too long to give you what you ask, or even just doing the wrong thing."
I'll take their word on this one..typical Audi...and Porsche Tip too (Cayenne that is)...bah..
