Has the world advanced to the point where one can actually test drive (not one, but TWO) TTs at the dealership?

I usually drop my cell phone in the one closest to me and sometimes a water bottle in the other one.

The cupholders work fine, but definitely get a cup that can be closed or get some napkins to cover the lid opening...otherwise, a full grande latte from Starbucks WILL spill over the side during mildly spirited driving...don't ask how I know...

I now use a thermo cup with a closable lid...works perfectly.

This is why I didn't get a 997TT as a daily driver... I went with the Camry instead... much better cupholder design, Toyota really had the consumer in mind when they designed them. How thoughtless of Porsche.

:P

It looks similar like the 996 version. The bottle is slanted and not a firm hold .

Here is a solution nobody has yet considered, and will keep some from having to consider Camrys...
