If you have the existing telephone module can you use the existing microphone?

 

I can't tell from the pics. Do you need access to the dension unit and the radio to install this.

 

Yes, I've been wondering about the phone module too. I already have that too and was wondering if it'd still possible to use the Bluetooth module. And from looking at the diagram, it appears that you will need access to the Dension unit to install this BT module. Same with the PCM unit as well I think.

No news on the BT yet...but it should be soon. They are testing it on a few cars now.

We did get some good news today though - the CDR24 head units are now working with the GW500 units.

And yes, we have stock, and there is no need to wait. The units can be updated by firmware, and have all the appropriate extra ports.
