TechArt TT has a new mate - pics
Congrats you lucky bastard. The car and color are sick. I can't wait to see one in person (surprised I haven't here in L.A.) And post some more pics when you get a chance.
Does the car come that low stock? It looks lowered to me. If it is stock, that's amazing.

Well everyone, I am now back home and one very very happy fella!
I put about 500 miles on it but due to break in never went over 6K rpms.
Here are my initial impressions thus far
- Gets a lot of attention on roads/highways (definetly a neck turner)
- Once you hit 4300 rpms, the exhaust note is intoxicating!
- Steering is much more responsive/engaging then the TT
- Brakes outstanding
- Ride is rougher then the TT for sure but not bad at all! (I was happily surprised)
- Car does not compare at all to my TT in regards to Torque. Unless you're in the right gear at high rpms the car simply does not go like the TT. Granted I am used to 610 and soon 690HP.
- Not as quite for sure at the TT at idle. It does vibrate but I like it.
- The clutch is very very different from the TT. The TT is easier to engage and less catchy then the GT3RS.
So these are my initial impressions and I hope to drive both back to back shortly to see which one I really like. I want to be convinced to keep both.
It could be the whole excitement of a new toy or something but right now the GT3RS would be my choice if I were to keep one.
Here are pics from today.

Fred looks sweet all your impressions are correct...make sure the "sport button" is always on for driving and sound pleasure...as well the clutch is harder and much different then the TT but as you drive it it becomes easy to figure out, the braking and steering are much better and more responsive as you are dealing with a car that is +500lbs lighter then the TT and keep in mind the car is a very noisy mechnichal sounding beast very little insulation and the wheel wells have no liners...it is the Pcar version of a Ferrari CS..
ENJOY ---I want to have more impressions..

Fred being that Menlo Park is in the Bay Area, the geen RS with Yellow PCCB makes you the ultimate Oakland A's fan, spent a lot of money to show your colors

Fred,
Congratulations for the new member in the family. That's one heck of a pair. Would you bring the new toy out to Santana Row any time soon? Would love to drool in the flesh.
Enjoy in great health.
