Any issues with Techart Formula 20's on the TT?

Any issues with Techart Formula 20's on the TT?
my friend said that he read on a forum that some people were having some issues (vibration) on the 20's from techart.

has anyone heard of this?

poorly balance wheel/tire or tire issue is my guess. we haven't experienced any wheel problem with Techart.
