Spoke with my salesperson today and he told me I should have the price today for my 08 Carrara he told me Porsche is busy updating the website today.

Thanks for the info, I ordered my 2008 TT today. All prices were listed on the order sheet. The base price increased from $122,900 to $126,300. Some of the options increased from last year as well. My dealer tried to input aero-kit but the computer would not accept the entry. My car is a Sept build. Hopefully the system will allow the aerokit before the order goes hard.

P.S. My neighbor bought his first Porsche yesterday off the showroom in Rocklin, Ca. White Tip, nicely equipped, even got a $2,500 discount. It's ironic, I sold my 2004 GT3 last October to buy a new Turbo. I have been screwing around ever since trying to decide on what options, color etc., plus driving my dealer nuts in the process. My neighbor/friend decided Saturday night he wanted a Porsche and drives home with a new Turbo in less than 24 hours. For helping him with the purchase he insisted that I drive home so I got a 45 mile test drive for my efforts.

Just got my price on my ordered 2008 Carrara. Base price went up $1,100

 

Not that bad, I was expecting more. Though I bet the 1,100 can be reduced while negotiating or we could say haggling with the final price prior to picking up the car.

Actually got 2k off my ordered car. The $1,100 in price increase means nothing because of the higher residual value for the next model year.

MY08 build toward end of Aug… estimated deliver time on Oct. But really wanted to get those bucket sits, if decided to pick that option it will further delay till next year Jan delivery.
What you guys think? Wait or just get the GT3 sit.. BTW, I am getting cocoa interior and leather color will never match right with GT3 sit.
