Deviated Stitching Color Survival

Has anybody had deviated stitching on seats for a long period of time? I am thinking of yellow stitching on Cocoa or Natural Gray. I wear a lot of dark pants and the dye from the pants, over a period of time, rubs off on lighter colored seats. While it won't show on the dark seats, I am wondering what will happen to the stitching. I wouldn't want to have stitching on the seats that looks different from the other stitching in a year or so.
