Are the VTG stock or modified?
The reason for the question is that the Eruopean tuners are maxing out at around 550 HP at the crank with the stock VTG's.

997TT's are becoming really impressive in every way, congrats on the numbers.. That thing must be a BEAST

 

He's got the Protomotive modified stock turbos, same as me.

 

All you with the modified turbos have you seen any difference in lag?! Is it a big difference!?

 

No noticeable difference in lag. I still make full boost by 3000 RPM in upper gears.

 

That explains the numbers, in his earlier post he said they were VTG's but no mention of modification.

Heh. I started out that way too. A bit of practice and we'll see much faster #s. I went from 11.4 @ 124 to 11.0 @ 128 just with 25 runs of practice.

I sure hope not, 122 mph trap would not be very good, but 11.3 is okay I guess. I would expect at least 126-130 with that wheel hp.
