Eric,

Have you updated Jamie Rawlings in So Cal yet? I need to visit him with the Bluetooth you sent me and maybe have him update the firmware as well.

Thanks

Does the Denison also give me BlueTooth support?

If you have issues, be sure to email me exactly what is happening, what year/model you have, and what head unit. Then I create the ticket for Dension Engineering to review and can respond.

2.03 has been fine for weeks. There are several things to check before you think you messed up:

1) be sure the firmware file is properly loaded on the Dension. Some folks don't read the fine print on the update page and understand they must extract the file and place it on the root directory of the flash drive. Try a reinstall of the firmware.

2) after reinstalling updated firmware, if you have problems, hit the RESET button on the Aux switch and then shut the car down for 10 minutes - that means pull the key, ARM the alarm and let it sit 10 minutes. Then crank back up and see what you get.

3) be absolutely sure your iPod is up to date

4) check all connections, including the pins on the DIN switch to be sure nothing is bent, and be sure the iPod is clipped into it's cable securely.

Jamey has the updated firmware.

Black Bear - Dension support is for those who bought the unit from us, and we provide all the support we can. As for Bluetooth, we offer the Dension Bluetooth Adapter for that same unit, and THAT is what provides Bluetooth capability in the vehicle, if that is what you are referring to.

Hope this helps.
