chuck is infamous around these parts
Power and sound with air intake.

Don't flame me, I'm a newbi. I have a Giac tune on the 997TT. I'm thinking of an exhaust, AWE or Fabspeed. Does a new air intake make any difference in power? Or sound level? Thanks.

No one will flame you. The intake does make some great sounds. We have picked up some very small gains, but only on our highest level kits. This means that as a whole the stock airbox is doing well. The new one though allows you to hear every whistle of the turbo as it winds up and the rush of air between shifts and when you let off throttle. I have one on mine and probably only because it sounds great
