As much as I love Canada, and as much as I like being Canadian, I can't stand the govt. that runs it... it's not even the parties that are the problem its the system as a whole thats in place.

30 million peole, 100 billion a year in health costs to the tax payers, and the health system sucks... waiting 3 months for an MRI? Last visit up, my wife goes to the hospital feeling sick... they triage her and determine her heart rate is 144, her blood pressure is low, they say sit down, 45 minutes later they finally say go down to urgent care... so we do... we put the file in the box and sit on a chair in the hallway, we are the only ones there, and the person tending the "in-box" is playing solitare on their computer... 30 minutes later they grab the file and bring us in... horrid... health care costs money down here but they tend to you right away when you need it.

I also got fedup of giving 63% of my income away in the form of taxes (48% when I earned it, 15% when I spent it). I don't know... I would pay a 6 figure tax bill every year and realize that I had financed the wellfare of 6 able body indivuals living on wellfare in subsadized housing that looked at my like I was a dick because I worked hard (even though I was supporting them with my taxes). Oh well... no system is perfect, but if your willing to work, can work or just have money (and Canadian 997 owners probably fit this bill) then Canada is a rather annoying place to live... you get bent over and serviced "dry" for trying to make something of yourself.

I don't like the status-quo mentality.

Ok.... Rant done... good to see Porsche is fixing their prices up a bit. The exchange rates of yesteryear when they were set (when Canadian cars were cheeper than US cars) is long past.

Oh, thats another story... I'm from Eastern Canada (Ottawa)... so it's fries with gravy and cheese curds (Poutine), and dill chips do rock... on the flip side we have Aerosol Cheese here though (cool, but not poutine)... miss my favorite Canadian junk foods hehehe... no little Jos Louis, no passion flakeys... no Tim Hortons (I love that stuff... triple triple baby).
