Matt... Correct me if I am wrong... But is this not the set of wheels that GMP Performance did not pay 360 Forged yet because they got replaced? Are you guys still allowed to sell 360 Forged wheels? Will they be warranteed by 360 Forged? Thanks... Just Curios....
LOL its you again
, You are incorrect,
As stated in the post these are the original wheels they sent us for my local client. When they arrived the first time, they were not up to my standards or my clients. There was a scratch or two on the face and some marks on the back of the center near where the hardware was installed.
Jordan sent a call tag and had them returned back to 360 to take care of the issues that I took pictures of. He gladly took care of this quickly for us but they still had the same issue on the back of the centers from when they first arrived. So he agreed to let us install the wheels till he could make us another set.
Since he sent the first set the first time we were charged for the wheels in full. The new set came in, and after the arrived we installed them at the customers earliest a couple weeks later as he was out of town when they arrived. This second set arrived still not up to my standards which is flawless or AKA HRE Performance Wheel Standards but the customer accepted them as he didn't want to wait any longer. This sale was placed in april or may and completed late may early june off the top of my head.
Now this is where your misunderstood.....
In march of this year we ordered a set of carbon spec 5 for a cayman. They told us 8-10 weeks for delivery, customer was ok with this so we placed the order.
12 weeks still not wheels, they explained to me that they changed vendors for the carbon installers, would be 2 more weeks.
14 weeks goes by 360 charges us the remaining balance of the carbon wheels says they will be shipping soon. I tell my client he says great cant wait, charged client remaining balance.
15 weeks, no wheels, no invoice, no tracking from 360 forged Jordan in a meeting every time I call
16 weeks same thing, we refund the customers money and cancel the order with 360 and asked for our money back
17 weeks we open a credit card dispute because he never delivered the wheels.
We received only a partial credit and Jordan agreed to let us keep/sell the wheel from the turbo sale as collateral for the rest.
I'm not sure if we are no longer allowed to sell 360 Forged Wheels, but we no longer wish to carry their line up because of their quality control team.
360 WILL HONOR THEIR 2 YEARS WARRANTY ON THE FINISH OF THE WHEELS. SHOULD THE CUSTOMER HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WHEELS AFTER THE SALE OR NEED REPAIR WORK, WE WILL WORK THE CLIENT AND 360 TO HELP GET IT TAKEN CARE OF.

Wow... this is the second company I know off that you guys have a problems with and I am not even in the wheel business... I am sorry to hear about your issues... But I kind of wish I would have purchased 360 forged wheels from GMP Performance than Radenergie... The forum boards do nothing but praise the service of 360 forged to the point that ai jealous... Of both service before and after the purchase of the wheels... So far I have been thrown under the bridge by GMP Performance and I am now at the mercy of Wheel Power.... Thanks...

wow Matt...Good luck with the sale, but no we will not warranty these wheels as we have no idea where they have been or what they have been through. Here's how it really went down:
1. We built these wheels for GMP in 2 weeks.
2. Matt was "unsatisfied" with the quality (marks on the inner barrel, understandable)
3. We immediately had them picked up and repaired.
4. Sent back to GMP, Matt still unhappy.
5. I immediately say "go ahead and mount them and I'll build you a new set in a week."
6. Kept my word and built a brand new set in 1 week, that was flawless. Paid over $1000 to overnight to GMP as he needed them in a "rush"
7. Matt still unhappy : (
8. Matt takes 6 weeks to put the new set on the car that were needed in a "rush" all while tying up 2 sets of mine.
9. In the mean time, customer cancels his CF5ive order while they are in transit in his city out for delivery.
10. GMP holds both sets hostage until I agree to refund for the set of 19" Carbon Fiber custom built Cayman wheels that cost us over $5k to build that were shipped to customer already. (yes they were late but we don't guarantee delivery dates on our wheels, especially Carbon fiber)
11. GMP initiates a chargeback, collects their money, and is now selling the free wheels they got. Good business practice guys.
Jason, you know first hand that GMP does shady business, that's why you have 360 on your car now if I'm not mistaken.

the wheels are gone
Jordan what is the difference between what I said and what you just said except for the fact that you will no longer warranty your wheels because you dont know where they have been? What exactly does this mean? Do you have this in writing lol? If you do I would love to see it. We offered to send the wheels back if you give us our money back on a set of wheels you never delivered on. The money you spent on shipping back and forth is no fault of your own and your company's quality control department. And yes we held your wheels hostage as you were holding out money hostage. You charged us in full for a set of wheels worth 9 grand retail and never provided and invoice or tracking or photos of the full set of wheels so that I could make sure they were flawless because the last two sets you sent us were nothing short of horrible for a set of custom forged wheels.
I have the pics of the wheels we've posted for sale in this post, in the process of adding them to our website as we speak and will be posted up shortly and you will see what we are talking about.

Jordan one more thing about business practices, when we charge our customers their remaining balance on wheels, our standard practice is to supply them with the tracking and their invoice the same day........ You should practice the same......
Price does not include tires but we can supply tires, there are three manufacturers that make both a front and rear for this set up. Pirelli, Conti, and Michelin
245x30 and 325x25 We like to quote of tirerack as they have the best prices, if we can get the tires locally, we won't have to charge the in bound freight.
Uploading the pics as we speak.

On a side note for your billing practices.... GMP Performance charged my credit card on Thursday August 15 and only shipped on August 19... I can provide an invoice and tracking numbers if needed...
And far as quality control.... One of the wheels did not balance correctly on a Hunter Machine... You can see it wobble... How come you shipped that wheel to me... Wheel Power has already admitted it was a defect that had made in teh wheel... Let me also tell you another Mickey Mouse GMP salesmanship... The rear wheel on the wheels ordered are 20X11... I asked GMP how come they are shipping me 285/30/20 in the rear... Their excuse was that this is the only size they will guarantee will not rub... I asked for 295/25/20 and offered another $150 for the change GMP told me these would definetly rub... After doing some research I found out the reason GMP shipped the 285/30/20 tires was because those tires were already in stock and are existing inventory... And instead of shipping me the proper tire, they shipped whatever they had in stock... A 285/30/20 on a 20X11 makes the tire look round and stretched... Bottom line is I should have never bought anything from GMP Performance...
