What's the advantage of the pulley?

 

The lightweight pulley reduces rotating mass which will work toward improving throttle response. It is one of the many tweaks on the GT3 that makes the GT3 as responsive as it is....Additionally, it will slightly increase the wheel HP and is used on the high HP cars due to the additional clamping surface area at the mount.
