I placed an order with you guys on these on Friday, product still has not shipped. Now they are saying the product is a drop ship, but you guys can't get in touch with PTP and second it did not have a color option, I wanted BLACK. Please help.

Dear Lucia,

I am sorry, but this is this is probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Word to the wise, when you are promoting a new item; 1st, you should at least have several sets in-stock, 2nd, have good communication with your supplier, and 3rd don't make it so complicated to order a part...everybody has the availability of doing drop shipments these days. What really blew my mind was that you customer service rep said that they were trying to call PTP all day with no response, I Googled the number they answered and I was able to place the order directly with them and received the blankets 1hr ago...the best thing about it was that they had a sale and were $50.00 off, so it worked out even better.
