Hey fellas, this is a really old thread, and pricing has gone up significantly since then. Pricing is currently at $1795., my best group buy price would be $1695. plus shipping. Let me know if there is any interest, or if you have any questions.

This is the closest I can do:

Genuine Porsche Aerokit Front Bumpers for $1295, I can only offer this pricing for this week. Pricing may go up next month. The Aerokit bumper is very close to the GT3 bumper, but it's missing the upper air grille and the lower spoiler comes in primer. If you're intersted, contact me with your ZIP code and I'll check freight pricing. Quantities are limited, some may have to come from Germany.

Question on installing only the aerokit front bumper - the tequipment catalog says something about not recommended to install the front with rear wing.

I'm not trying to save money, I just hate the look of that or almost any wing, short of a stock 996/997 turbo which somehow looks "right".

How does the car handle if only the aerokit or GT3 bumper is installed on a 997 without the associated rear wing?

Porsche recommends installing these as a complete Aerokit, they are wind-tunnel tested and matched. High speed driving without a complimentary rear spoiler could be scarey (a little light in the rear). So if you go fast, go for a GT3 or Aerokit style spoiler to match. If you're driving at legal U.S. speeds, than it's not an issue. I've seen many cars with just the front bumper.

If you want a GT3 bumper.....you could buy this, paint the lower spoiler black, and then custom install the upper air grille (an additional $30. for the black factory version). If you did that, you would officially have a GT3 bumper.

Very nice...can you get these prepainted? If not, how would you go about gettting one painted to match Atlas Grey Metallic?

We don't have a paint shop available, you would need to find a local shop for paintwork. A good shop will be able to match the color.
